Date: 29th March 2025 Dear Kapish, March has been an eventful month for you, but nothing was as significant as today because it was your Montessori Graduation Day Yes, today you completed 3 wonderful years of learning, growth and development which we hadn't even imagined and when Anusha ma'am introduced you as 'Compassionate Miraya', it filled us with immense pride and also loads of happy tears... The adjective 'Compassionate' was given to you by your teachers and is very apt to the person you are (Even your friend Micah's mother mentioned this to Mumma) You have bloomed into an amazing little kid who cares for everyone and is always looking forward to help others  As we took the final set of pictures (with your classmates and teachers Anusha Ma'am, Vitika ma'am and Meenakshi ma'am) and said a tearful Goodbye to Kinfolk Montessori we can only say that we hope to continue to build on this adjective that you have...

Date: March 10th 2025 Dear Kapish, Part 2 of our Goa visit can be easily captured on two things which happened on the penultimate day of our visit - an impromptu Carnival and meeting the Kundes' We had gone for lunch to a shack on Candolim beach and had some nice Fish fingers, butter garlic nan and yummy pineapple prawn pulao and in the evening we decided to step out of the room to buy some cashews when we saw a large crowd of people standing on both sides of the road. We also heard some loud noise in the distance and thats when we realized that the 2025 Carnival was On! The people of Goa had put on a show and highlighted some of the key attractions of the state - from the fishermen to the traditonal Goan marriage (wherein you said you loved the bride) and there was also a small group who had become pirates and honey bees and danced beautifully to the sounds of Music Later that evening, we met our cousins and you had a wonderful time running around with Kimi and even posed to give ...

Date: 19th March 2025 Dear Kapish Back in January I had told you about Sunita Williams, an Astronaut who was stuck in space onboard the ISS for over 7 months  I had also mentioned that she was scheduled to come back on Earth in March and this morning as planned her space shuttle safely splashed into the Gulf of Mexico (which is now renamed as Gulf of America)  The news channel were full of the news of the home coming of Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore and you and me woke up early morning to celebrate the same  I do hope you take the time to read about her story, what she did for 9 months in space  and be inspired to follow your own path and succeed in whatever you do Cheers Dadoo

Date: 14th March 2025 Dear Kapish  This was the very first year that you hada wholesome Holi celebration  It started with a mini celebration in school, which you were super excited about and then back home in DSR where you pushed us to participate with proper colours and water You did start off happily and then took some time to adjust after you got fully wet and felt cold. But we asked you to keep enjoying and it was then that Ananya, who is a little older than you, called you over and took care of you just like an older sister would have The Holi function in DSR was very well organised and we even had a DJ this time around with some awesome music  You know, we had second thoughts on whether to go for Holi this year, but it was your enthusiasm that enabled us to enjoy a good Holi in DSR after many many years Cheers Dadoo

Date: 8th March 2025 Dear Kapish, It's Womens day today and I thought of making it a little special considering that I stay with 3 women in this house So, in the evening I ordered a little treat from Theobroma which included a cake, some cookies and croissants along with tea But I also decided to make a special chicken curry after many years. I was excited as it would be the first time that you would be tasting something cooked by me But as I prepared to feed you, you made a request that you wanted to eat it with your own hands! Though we were a bit skeptical, Mumma insisted and hence we gave you the plate and opportunity to become independent  So, here we are - a special day when I cooked for you and also the very first time you had paratha and chicken curry all by yourself  Again... you made me a super proud father today! Date: 3rd March 2025 Dear Kapish, The last time we came to Goa was when you had just turned 3 and we visited all the temples and took the divine blessings before you started your educational journey in Kinfolk  Today, almost 3 years later, we again landed in Goa mostly to take a break, but we also made it a point to visit the temples and take blessings from the Gods before you start your next journey in Valistus  This time around, we even explained to you why we had visited 3 temples - Mahalakshmi, Mahalsa and Damodar, as they are the respective 'kuldevs' for the Shanbhag and Pai families  The Prabhu family diety, from Mumma's side, is Katyani where we had visited earlier in Dec in Aversa (near Ankola) But as we visited the temples, you did remember the Ganpati story amd Shiva's instructions that we always start by worshipping Ganesha first and you felt we broke the rule - but we did visit the Ganesha temple in Farma gudi on the way to fulfil this request  But apart ...

Date: 1st March 2025 Dear Kapissh, All girls love their dolls and the accessories that cone along with them. But a majority pf these dolls are either badly maintained or get replaced or thrown away due to extreme wear and tear Your case is very different though - you have taken very nice care of almost all your dolls and done an even more interesting thing with the additional accessories you got Over the past month or so, Mumma noticed that you have been mixing their clothes and creating you brand of fashion! Here is an example, where the beach Barbie's sarong was used as a head scarf, another dolls skirt was converted to a top, but still it appeared to nicely fit and compliment the Barbie doll  This was aptly clicked and titled by Mumma as "Styled by Miraya" You do seem to have a keen interest in fashion, make-up and related things.... lets see if it something you can continue to pursue as you grow up Cheers Dadoo
